Northwest Golf Perks Terms of Use

Welcome to Northwest Golf Perks. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Northwest Golf Perks website, marketplace, digital offers, related services, and communications. By using Northwest Golf Perks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.

1. Marketplace Role

Northwest Golf Perks is a digital marketplace that helps golfers discover, save, download, and redeem offers from participating golf courses, facilities, retailers, instructors, resorts, restaurants, service providers, and other golf-related businesses. Northwest Golf Perks is not the seller, provider, operator, or fulfiller of the products, services, tee times, lessons, reservations, events, or experiences promoted by participating businesses.

All transactions, bookings, purchases, redemptions, customer service issues, taxes, fees, cancellations, refunds, availability, and fulfillment obligations are handled directly by the participating business.

2. Offers and Redemption

Offers listed on Northwest Golf Perks may include restrictions, expiration dates, quantity limits, eligibility requirements, blackout dates, booking instructions, redemption methods, and other terms. Users are responsible for reviewing all offer details before downloading, redeeming, booking, purchasing, or visiting a participating business.

Participating businesses are responsible for honoring approved and active offers according to the published terms. Northwest Golf Perks does not guarantee availability, pricing, redemption acceptance, inventory, tee time availability, business hours, service quality, or customer outcomes.

Northwest Golf Perks may update, remove, pause, or correct offers at any time, including offers that appear expired, inaccurate, misleading, unavailable, or inconsistent with marketplace standards.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

Users may be required to create an account to save, download, or redeem offers. Users agree to provide accurate information and to use the marketplace only for lawful and personal purposes. Users may not misuse offers, create fraudulent accounts, interfere with marketplace operations, scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, or use Northwest Golf Perks in a way that harms the marketplace, participating businesses, or other users.

Northwest Golf Perks reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or misuse the marketplace.

4. Business Listings and Business Responsibility

Participating businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their business profile, offer terms, redemption instructions, expiration dates, images, logos, contact information, and any related content submitted, approved, or published on their behalf.

If Northwest Golf Perks prepares a draft offer or business listing for review, the business must approve the content before publication. Approval confirms that the business authorizes publication and accepts responsibility for honoring the offer according to its terms.

Businesses must promptly notify Northwest Golf Perks of any changes, errors, expiration issues, redemption concerns, ownership changes, or requests to pause or remove an offer.

5. No Guarantees

Northwest Golf Perks does not guarantee any specific number of views, downloads, redemptions, bookings, purchases, visits, leads, revenue, or business outcomes. Marketplace performance may vary based on offer quality, seasonality, pricing, availability, business reputation, location, promotion, customer interest, and other factors.

6. Intellectual Property

All Northwest Golf Perks branding, website content, platform design, marketplace structure, copy, graphics, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Northwest Golf Perks, except for content provided by participating businesses or third parties.

Businesses retain ownership of their own approved logos, images, trademarks, and business information, but grant Northwest Golf Perks permission to use those materials for marketplace listing, offer promotion, marketing, and related communications.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Northwest Golf Perks content without written permission.

7. Third-Party Businesses and Links

Northwest Golf Perks may link to third-party websites, booking systems, business pages, maps, payment platforms, or other services. Northwest Golf Perks is not responsible for third-party websites, business practices, privacy policies, content, transactions, pricing, availability, or customer service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwest Golf Perks, Cascade International LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the marketplace, offer redemption, business interactions, third-party services, or inability to access the marketplace.

Northwest Golf Perks is not responsible for injuries, losses, disputes, charges, service failures, cancellations, business closures, weather conditions, booking issues, redemption refusal, or dissatisfaction related to participating businesses or third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms

Northwest Golf Perks may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the marketplace after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
